Theodore P. DiMuzio
Resident in the Philadelphia, PA., office of Willig, Williams & Davidson, Theodore P. DiMuzio is a partner with the firm. He focuses his practice on domestic relations including adoption, divorce, custody and support, equitable distribution and domestic abuse.
Ted also serves as a supervising partner of the firm’s Legal Services Department. This Department provides union members and their families with affordable, quality legal representation, offering advice, consultation, document preparation and in-court representation in matters affecting virtually all facets of clients’ lives.
In addition to maintaining a busy practice, Ted is a certified child advocate in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas. As a volunteer child advocate, he has represented and provided a voice for children who have been abused, neglected or otherwise mistreated to help ensure their safety. Ted has also assisted some of Philadelphia’s most disadvantaged residents through the Homeless Advocacy Project and Philadelphia VIP (Volunteers for the Indigent Program). The Homeless Advocacy Project provides civil legal services to homeless families and individuals, connects homeless clients with social service providers and advocates for the needs of the homeless population. Similarly, Philadelphia VIP provides legal services for low-income residents and families facing civil legal problems that threaten their basic human needs, such as shelter, employment and health care.
Ted is a graduate of Temple University School of Law, where he was recognized for distinguished classroom performance in trial advocacy. He earned his undergraduate degree from Drexel University. Education - Temple University School of Law, J.D., 1991
