Margaret J. Amoroso

An experienced lawyer, Margaret Judge Amoroso handles a variety of matters as an associate with Willig, Williams & Davidson including real estate, domestic relations, consumer law and criminal defense. In addition to providing sound counseling and vigorous representation of her clients, Margaret is the managing attorney of the firm’s Media, Pa., office.

Margaret has been practicing law for more than 25 years. Whether securing the release of a sole breadwinner from wrongful incarceration or assisting a single mother with a mortgage matter, she derives great satisfaction from helping her clients tackle their legal concerns to reach an optimal outcome.

In addition Margaret has been serving as an Assistant County Solicitor for Delaware County, Pa., since 1991. In that capacity she handles dependency matters of neglect and abuse for Children & Youth Services, as well as Department of Public Welfare appeals.

A dedicated member of her community, Margaret also serves as Hearing Chairman for the Middletown Township Zoning Hearing Board, a post she has held since 2005; sits on Neumann University’s Continuing Education Advisory Board; serves on the Pennsylvania Children & Youth Solicitors Association Bylaws Committee; and is a member of the Delaware County Bar Association Fee Dispute Committee.

Margaret received her J.D. from Dickinson School of law and graduated magna cum laude from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
