Adam Fogarty
Adam Fogarty is an associate in the Philadelphia office of Willig, Williams & Davidson. He assists individuals and their families with their financial problems by focusing his practice on bankruptcy and consumer litigation.
Adam is proud to help everyday people, an endeavor he began while a student at Rutgers School of Law – Camden. There, he participated in pro bono projects relating to domestic violence, small claims mediation, bankruptcy, and income tax. He also served as the Managing Editor of the Rutgers Law Journal and upon graduating, received the 2007 Achievement in Legal Writing Award.
Adam earned his undergraduate degree in Law & Justice from the College of New Jersey in 2003. As a student there, he presented research at two academic conferences and served as a student member of the School’s All College Disciplinary Board. Education - Rutgers School of Law – Camden, J.D., 2007
