John J. O'Donnell
John J. O’Donnell is an associate in the workers’ compensation department of Willig, Williams & Davidson. Resident in the firm’s Philadelphia office, John concentrates his practice in workers’ compensation and social security disability matters.
An experienced practitioner advocating on behalf of workers, John also possesses a solid knowledge of workers’ compensation defense strategy to protect the rights of his clients. He regularly represents workers before workers’ compensation judges, the state Workers’ Compensation Appeal Board and the Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court. He also counsels workers regarding social security disability matters, from benefits applications through the appeals process.
From 2006 through 2008, Philadelphia Magazine included John as a Pennsylvania Rising Star in the field of workers’ compensation.
