Amy Rosenberger concentrates her practice in the areas of labor and employment law.  Her experience covers a range of issues arising under the federal and state statutes governing collective bargaining, union representation, wage and hour laws, and employment discrimination.  She represents clients in state and federal court, as well as before administrative tribunals including the Pennsylvania and National Labor Relations Boards, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission and the Pennsylvania State Civil Service Commission.

Amy has served as a lecturer on labor and employment law issues for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute,  Pennsylvania State University's OSHA Institute and various union-sponsored training workshops.
