Willig, Williams & Davidson is an accomplished, diverse law firm which concentrates in representing labor unions, employee benefit funds and individual working people. We are committed to providing the highest level of professional services and to building strong personal relationships with each client. As we enter our fourth decade, we are proud to have become one of the largest and most respected union-side labor law firms on the East Coast. Working together, our accomplished labor relations and general civil practice attorneys, all with exceptional skill and efficiency, are able to meet the legal needs of labor organizations as well as working individuals. Our clients are served by attorneys who come from a diverse cross section of experience and background and all of whom possess excellent academic credentials and legal experience. Without exception we are dedicated to serving our clients, the legal profession, and our community.
Our managing partner served as Chancellor of the Philadelphia Bar Association, and other partners and associates have served in leadership roles in the Bar Association's Labor Law, Family Law, Civil Rights and Civil Judicial Procedures Committees and Sections. The firm has been honored by the Philadelphia Volunteers for the Indigent Program for providing legal services to the less fortunate on a pro bono basis. Willig, Williams & Davidson recognizes the need for participation in community and charitable activities as well. We encourage our attorneys to participate in such programs, and a number of our attorneys have achieved leadership positions in civic, charitable and religious organizations, contributing to the greater good of the Delaware Valley community. We believe that our contribution to these organizations enhances our ability to serve our clients. Willig, Williams & Davidson is a recognized academic resource within both the labor and legal communities. Our attorneys frequently lecture on labor relations and civil litigation topics at programs presented by the American, Pennsylvania and Philadelphia Bar Associations, the American Arbitration Association, the AFL-CIO Lawyers Coordinating Committee, the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Funds, area colleges and law schools, continuing legal education programs and union training and education programs. The firm's attorneys also regularly contribute to legal and union-related publications.
