PA Supreme Court $4 Million Verdict Against University of Pennsylvania Covered on KYW Newsradio 1060

In a David vs. Goliath-like law suit, Mark L. Helpin, D.M.D. of Haverford, Pa., sued The University of Pennsylvania in an employment dispute for breach of contract. Dr. Helpin was represented by the Philadelphia labor and employment law firm, Willig, Williams & Davidson and co-counsel. The Pennsylvania Supreme Court upheld the trial jury’s verdict in favor of Dr. Helpin for $4.04 million.
