"Strategies for the Current Pension Crisis"

Co-prepared and presented the above topic to Teamsters officers, staff and lawyers from across the country with Ed Gleason of the International Brotherhood of Teamsters Legal Department and Bill Sokol of Weinberg, Roger & Rosenfeld.  The focus of my part of the presentation was reviewing the options that distressed multi-employer plans have under the Pension Protection Act of 2006 specifically, and ERISA generally, to manage the current funding crisis caused by recent stock market and job losses.
