March 27, 2010 (Western PA) In February and March 2010, Philadelphia union-side labor lawyers Stuart W. Davidson and Richard G. Poulson will address Police labor representatives from across Pennsylvania at the FOP Pennsylvania State Lodge Annual Labor Seminars. Mr. Davidson and Mr. Poulson, who focus on representing Police Officers and Firefighters under Pennsylvania’s Act 111, will provide instruction on the most effective ways to enforce police collective bargaining agreements via the grievance and arbitration procedure.
