Kathleen M. Tana

An associate in the legal services department of Willig, Williams & Davidson, Kathleen M. Tana focuses her practice in domestic relations and family law. She counsels and represents clients in divorce, support, custody, equitable distribution, adoption and domestic violence matters.

Kate is a member of the Philadelphia Bar Associations Family Law Section. She is also a member of the Nicholas J. Cipriani Family Law American Inn of Court, which was founded to promote professionalism, ethics, camaraderie and education among the bench and bar.

Through the firm’s Legal Services Department, Kate is pleased to provide high-quality legal representation to individuals who might otherwise be unable to afford legal counsel. In addition to being a dedicated domestic relations practitioner, Kate enjoys providing pro bono legal services to animal and dog rescue organizations, and is working to institute pet therapy programs in area courts for children involved in custody and abuse cases. She also serves/has served as a volunteer attorney for the Senior Law Center in Philadelphia.

Kate received her juris doctor degree from Villanova University School of Law in 1985. She earned her Bachelor of Arts from Adelphi University in 1982, graduating magna cum laude and receiving departmental honors in history.
