Michael Dryden Discusses PA Firefighter Workers’ Compensation Cancer Cases Part 2 [Video]

In Part 2, certified specialist in the practice of workers’ compensation law, Philadelphia attorney at the law firm Willig, Williams & Davidson, Michael G. Dryden, continues his discussion of firefighter workers’ compensation cancer cases, and specifically, the Scott Sladek case. The Sladek case is instrumental in setting the rules of the game for firefighter cancer cases in Pennsylvania. Section 108(r) of the 2011 Act 46 amendment to the Workers’ Compensation Act, was reviewed and interpreted differently by countless workers’ compensation judges across Pennsylvania.
