Strategic Partnership to Bring Together Leading Labor Union Firms

We are pleased to announce that Illinois Advocates, LLC and Willig, Williams & Davidson have formed an Of Counsel relationship to jointly represent certain union clients and their members.

This strategic partnership combines the deep experience and skill of two leading labor advocates, strengthening the representation and counsel we can jointly offer to our clients.

The labor and employment attorneys at both firms will work together on selected union client matters and on cases related to the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA).

Deborah R. Willig, managing partner of Willig, Williams & Davidson, and Joseph Coli, managing partner of Illinois Advocates, said the new relationship is a natural fit for firms that have dedicated their practices to advocating for the rights of union members and working people.
