Details: Willig, Williams & Davidson attorney Kathleen M. Tana will present during the National Business Institute’s webcast CLE program, “Adoption Law: Advanced Practice.”

Tana, who focuses her practice on domestic relations and family law, will present on ethical issues in adoption law, overcoming immigration challenges and other obstacles to international adoptions, and the enforceability of post-adoption contact agreements.

The program will additionally cover issues surrounding the termination of parental rights, unmarried couples and same sex adoptions, and how the Indian Child Welfare Act affects the adoption process for Native American children.
