Partner Bruce M. Ludwig presented a paper at the 29th meeting of the International Conference of Teamsters Lawyers in Providence, R.I., entitled “Growing the Union at Penn State University: Issues in Organizing a Residual Unit in the Public Sector.” More than 150 attorneys from across the country were in attendance.

The International Brotherhood of Teamsters retained Willig, Williams & Davidson as special counsel to assist in the organizing drive in Pennsylvania. The presentation grew out of that representation. Additionally, the firm recently announced an Of Counsel relationship with the Chicago-based firm, Illinois Advocates, LLC, to jointly represent the Teamsters.
