Supreme Court Issues Stay of OSHA’s Emergency Temporary Standard on COVID-19 
On January 13, 2022, the U.S. Supreme Court issued a preliminary stay of the OSHA emergency temporary standard, which will remain in effect while the merits of the challenges to the ETS are litigated.
