Partner Lauren Hoye Participates in TLI’s 2020 Women in Law Roundtable

Willig, Williams & Davidson partner Lauren M. Hoye recently participated in The Legal Intelligencer’s 2020 Women in Law Roundtable.

An annual event, this year’s roundtable was held virtually, due to the coronavirus pandemic. The panelists discussed topics including:

Career progression
Promotion challenges
Changes emerging in the workplace due to the pandemic
The importance of racial equality in legal professions

“One of the major things that helped me as a woman in the law was seeing other women in leadership positions within my firm, seeing women that I can emulate,” Hoye said, adding “In our firm, we are female owned, and two of our named partners are women and mothers.”
