Partner Louise “Wendy” Pongracz Presents at Conference of International Employee Benefit Plans

Attorney Louise “Wendy” Pongracz, of the labor, employment and workers’ compensation law firm Willig, Williams & Davidson, recently spoke as a co-leader of a workshop during two programs both entitled “The Details – Don’t Get Tripped Up” at the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans in Boston, Mass.

Pongracz was joined by co-presenter Thomas K. Wotring, senior counsel at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, and program moderator William F. Feyling, Executive Director, Carpenters 46 Northern California Counties Conference Board.

The workshops on Oct. 13 and 14 clarified the understanding and applicability of several aspects of the Affordable Care Act and Health Savings Account plans as they relate to employment law.
