Partner Nancy B.G. Lassen to Discuss ‘Ethics for Arbitrators and Advocates’

On May 8, labor and employment attorney Nancy B.G. Lassen will participate in a panel discussion, “Ethics for Arbitrators and Advocates,” during the 36th annual FMCS Arbitration Symposium, sponsored by Federal Mediation & Conciliation Service (FMCS). The panel will be moderated by Robert L Douglas, Esq., of the National Academy of Arbitrators. Also serving on the panel will be employment attorney J. Michael McGuire, Esq. of Shawe Rosenthal LLP. 

A tireless advocate for working men and women, Lassen has focused her practice exclusively on labor law across a variety of workforce sectors, including public employees (uniformed and non-uniformed), federal employees, private sector and industrial workers, transportation workers and the building trades. Lassen’s extensive experience includes representing clients in collective bargaining, state and federal trial and appellate litigation, state and federal administrative agency proceedings, grievance and interest arbitrations, internal union proceedings and occupational health and safety disputes.
