Partner Nancy B.G. Lassen to Discuss ‘Ethics for Arbitrators and Advocates’

On May 8, labor and employment attorney Nancy B.G. Lassen will participate in a panel discussion, “Ethics for Arbitrators and Advocates,” during the 36th annual FMCS Arbitration Symposium, sponsored by Federal Mediation & Conciliation Service (FMCS). The panel will be moderated by Robert L Douglas, Esq., of the National Academy of Arbitrators. Also serving on the panel will be employment attorney J. Michael McGuire, Esq. of Shawe Rosenthal LLP.

A tireless advocate for working men and women, Lassen has focused her practice exclusively on labor law across a variety of workforce sectors, including public employees (uniformed and non-uniformed), federal employees, private sector and industrial workers, transportation workers and the building trades.
