Philadelphia Business Journal Ranks Willig, Williams & Davidson Among Top 10 Largest Women-Owned Businesses in Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA (September 2020) – Willig, Williams & Davidson is pleased to announce that the Philadelphia Business Journal has ranked it among the top 10 largest women-owned businesses in Philadelphia.

Founded in 1979, Willig, Williams & Davidson doesn’t just talk about diversity, they live it. The firm is comprised of people of different races, ethnicities, ages, socio-economic status, sexual orientation and religious beliefs. From the beginning, the firm recognized that fostering diversity in its team would give it a competitive edge in attracting and retaining talented attorneys. That commitment to a culture of diversity is reflected in the management and leadership of the firm, fully one-half of whom represent racial, gender, ethnic and LGBT diversity. In fact, the Pennsylvania Bar Association repeatedly has recognized Willig, Williams & Davidson as the leading firm in Pennsylvania for the promotion of women to leadership positions.

Published each year by the Philadelphia Business Journal, the list of leading Philadelphia-area businesses owned by women is compiled using data including the number of local employees, the number of total employees, annual revenue, number of locations, and more. Businesses were then sorted according to their 2019 revenue figures.
