An authority on public employee labor law, Williams participated in a panel discussion on the 2018 Janus decision. Panelists discussed the many questions and impacts associated with the landmark U.S. Supreme Court ruling, which held that public employee unions could not collect fees from non-members. The decision has had ongoing impacts on the operations of labor unions.

A highly skilled, experienced attorney, Williams has dedicated her career to labor and employment law, representing labor unions and workers. She is a fierce advocate for Pennsylvania workers and unions, prowess that has been recognized with many awards over the years, including being named among The Best Lawyers in America year after year.
