On February 11, 2025, union lawyer Lauren M. Hoye participated in a discussion entitled “The Current Landscape of Public Sector Bargaining” during the Philadelphia Chapter Labor and Employment Relations Association (LERA) February Meeting.

The panel featured experienced arbitrators, negotiators, and attorneys representing both management and unions, who shared valuable insights on the latest trends and challenges in public sector negotiations.

Hoye advocates for labor unions and individual employees before state and federal courts around the country. She appears on behalf of clients in arbitrations, negotiations and administrative proceedings before relevant administrative agencies, including the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) and the Pennsylvania Labor Relations Board (PLRB). A considerable portion of her practice is devoted to counseling and training on public and private sector labor law as well as employment law and employment disputes. She helps her clients by troubleshooting in urgent situations, developing creative solutions that will assist in resolving their issues and offering an empathetic ear during difficult times.
