Willig, Williams & Davidson Attorney Lauren M. Hoye to Serve as a Panelist for Councilwoman Blondell Reynolds Brown’s Brown Bag Lunch Series

On March 18, 2015, Willig, Williams & Davidson associate, Lauren M. Hoye, will serve as a panelist for Councilwoman Blondell Reynolds Brown’s Brown Bag Lunch Series, a leadership and development program for Philadelphia’s Next Generation of Women Leaders: Rising Stars. Hoye will be presenting as part of the series’ focus on employment law, including areas where employees are frequently exploited at the workplace.

Employment issues of the session will include:

Negotiating salary raises/promotions (as a woman)
Overcoming the wage gap
Family and Medical Leave Act
Workplace harassment
