Details: Willig, Williams & Davidson attorney Jessica Caggiano will serve as a speaker for a webinar presented by the American Arbitration Association. Entitled “Brief Writing – Ending on a Good Note” the program will explore:

•How to write an effective closing statement

•Tips and techniques for successful briefs

•What arbitrators need regarding closing arguments and briefs

In addition to Caggiano, speakers include AAA arbitrator Walt De Treux and labor and employment attorney John McLaughlin of Campbell Durrant, P.C.

Caggiano focuses her practice on labor law, advocating for union and worker rights. Much of her practice is devoted to handling labor arbitrations, contract bargaining and litigation for public and private sector unions.
