Willig, Williams & Davidson Attorney to Discuss Collective Bargaining Negotiations

Details: Labor attorney Jessica C. Caggiano will participate in a webinar entitled “Effective Collective Bargaining Negotiations” presented by the American Arbitration Association International Centre for Dispute Resolution (AAA-ICDR). She will be joined by AAA labor arbitrator Richard McNeill, Jr. and Ben Patchen of Campbell Durrant, P.C. The discussion will be facilitated by AAA Vice President Ken Egger.

The course will provide practical tips on negotiating agreements through lectures, facilitated discussion, and participant exercise. The webinar faculty will offer insights on preparing for negotiations and the negotiation process, including strategies, styles, opening concessions, and closing and gaining commitment.

A partner at Willig, Williams & Davidson, Caggiano concentrates her practice on labor law, advocating for union and worker rights. Her work includes handling labor arbitrations, contract bargaining, and litigation for public and private sector unions.
