Details: Labor attorney Jessica C. Caggiano will participate in a panel discussion entitled “Cannabis: What’s New?” during the 42nd Federal Mediation & Conciliation Service (FMCS) Arbitration Symposium. The discussion will be moderated by Ezio Borchini of the National Academy of Arbitrators, and Caggiano will be joined by Arthur R. Thibault Jr. of Apruzzese, McDermott, Mastro & Murphy, P.C.

The panel will focus on the impact of cannabis laws in the employment and labor context and the practical implications for employers and unions.  

FMCS is an independent agency whose mission is to preserve and promote labor-management peace and cooperation. The organization provides mediation and conflict resolution services to industry, government agencies, and communities.
