Details: Labor attorney Jessica C. Caggiano will participate in a panel discussion entitled “Social Media in the Workplace” during the National Association of Railroad Referees (NARR) Conference & Annual Business Meeting. The discussion will be moderated by railroad referee Andre McKissick, and additional panelists include Brandon Elvey, vice president of the Brotherhood of Railroad Signalmen, Zachary Voegel, director of arbitration at the Brotherhood of Maintenance of Way Employes Division of the International Brotherhood of Teamsters, and Scott Goodspeed, director of labor relations at Norfolk Southern.

The panel will focus on important considerations for workers when posting online, including how to navigate legal matters that may arise from use of social media.

NARR promotes the mutual exchange of ideas and information among railroad referees, engages in educational pursuits regarding topics important to its members, and advances the interests of railroad arbitration.
