Willig, Williams & Davidson Attorney to Serve on Pennsylvania Bar Association’s Labor and Employment Law Section

PHILADELPHIA (May 2026) – Pennsylvania labor, employment and workers’ compensation law firm Willig, Williams & Davidson is proud to announce that partner Lauren M. Hoye has been selected to serve on the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s Section on Labor and Employment Law. This group is focused on promoting a more thorough understanding of the legal problems encountered in the field of labor and employment.

“I am excited to take on this leadership opportunity with the Pennsylvania Bar Association,” Hoye said. “In my experience, the Labor and Employment Law Section provides extremely valuable networking and educational opportunities for those practicing in both the public and private sectors in Pennsylvania. I was most drawn to the unique camaraderie of this group, which brings together practitioners from both the management and union sides, as well as neutrals, to foster professionalism in our field.”

The PBA’s Section on Labor and Employment Law shares information about labor and employment law via programs of study, reports, articles, conferences, and seminars. The group works with other bar associations, employer associations, unions, and educational institutions to share the latest updates in the field with association members. The group also establishes committees to report on legislative or administrative matters dealing with labor relations in Pennsylvania.

Hoye advocates for labor unions and individual employees before state and federal courts around the country. She also maintains an active employee benefits practice. She appears on behalf of clients in arbitrations, negotiations and administrative proceedings before relevant administrative agencies, including the National Labor Relations Board and the Pennsylvania Labor Relations Board. Hoye has served as a speaker and instructor for the American Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Institute, the Pennsylvania Labor Relations Board and Bureau of Mediation, the AFL-CIO Union Lawyers Alliance, and the Labor and Employment Relations Association, as well as other organizations. She has spoken on topics ranging from legal ethics to social media to practical skills training.
