James S. Beall and Wendy F. Pongracz will serve as faculty at the 69^th annual meeting of the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans

Details: Willig, Williams & Davidson partners James S. Beall and Wendy F. Pongracz will serve as speakers for the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans 69^th annual meeting.

Beall will conduct two sessions. The first is “Fiduciary Responsibility” for the Certificate of Achievement in Public Plan Policy – Pensions Part I pre-conference on Saturday, September 30. The second is a co-presentation on “What To Ask Your Investment Consultants?” on Monday, October 2, and Tuesday, October 3.

Pongracz will conduct a session entitled “The Changing Legal Environment in Health Care” on Tuesday, October 3.
