Details: Details: Willig, Williams & Davidson partner Jessica C. Caggiano will serve as a speaker during a panel presentation for the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s Labor and Employment section. The presentation will focus on marijuana use and its impact on labor and employment with a focus on Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York law. Caggiano will discuss the interplay between federal and state laws regulating the use of cannabis and its implications for labor and employment attorneys representing workers.

Caggiano concentrates her practice on labor law, advocating for union and worker rights through arbitrations, contract bargaining and litigation for public and private sector unions. She speaks frequently on topics such as marijuana use in the labor and employment context, wage equity, social media use in the workplace, and labor and employment laws that affect the workplace. She is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s Medical Marijuana & Hemp Law Committee.
