How current U.S. labor law is structured
Changes already made and proposed to NLRB by the Biden administration
Legislation proposed in Congress
Likely next steps and what they mean for workers and unions
An overview of current campaigns to advocate for more effective and appropriate labor law

Moderated by Paul Clark, director and professor of Penn State’s School of Labor and Employment Relations, the panel discussion includes Hoye; labor attorney Brandon Magner; Mariana Padias, United Steelworkers (USW) assistant director of organizing; and Jim Williams Jr., vice president at large, International Union of Painters and Allied Trades (IUPAT).
