Alaine Williams participated in a panel discussion on the landmark Janus decision during the convention in Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA – Philadelphia labor, employment, and workers’ compensation law firm Willig, Williams & Davidson is proud to announce that partner Alaine Williams recently spoke at the National Academy of Arbitrators 2019 annual convention, which was held in Philadelphia May 29 to 31.  

An authority on public employee labor law, Williams participated in a panel discussion on the 2018 Janus decision. Panelists discussed the many questions and impacts associated with the landmark U.S. Supreme Court ruling, which held that public employee unions could not collect fees from non-members. The decision has had ongoing impacts on the operations of labor unions.

A highly skilled, experienced attorney, Williams has dedicated her career to labor and employment law, representing labor unions and workers.
