Workers’ Compensation Attorney Joins Willig, Williams & Davidson

PHILADELPHIA (November 2023) – Labor, employment, workers’ compensation and family law firm Willig, Williams & Davidson is pleased to announce that Diane M. Ingbritsen has joined the firm’s workers’ compensation practice group.

“Our clients will benefit greatly from Diane’s deep knowledge of Pennsylvania workers’ compensation law,” said Managing Partner Deborah R. Willig. “Her insights will be invaluable as we continue to secure the vital benefits workers need to sustain themselves and their families when they are hurt on the job.”

Throughout a career spanning more than 30 years, Ingbritsen has handled all aspects of workers’ compensation cases. She understands the importance of obtaining financial support and medical care to injured workers when their earned benefits are needed most.

“I am honored to join the workers’ compensation team at Willig, Williams & Davidson to use my knowledge to aid injured or ill workers,” said Ingbritsen. “Workers’ compensation is among the most important benefits workers receive, and I am committed to ensuring that our clients receive all the benefits they have earned, so they can focus on getting well.”

Ingbritsen is well-versed in insurance law and the nuances of employer benefit guidelines and policies, having served as in-house staff counsel and as counsel for several third-party administrators. Over the course of hundreds of cases, she has written petitions and filed briefs before Workers’ Compensation Judges, the Board of Appeals, the Commonwealth Court, and the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania.

A former co-chair of the Workers’ Compensation Section of the Bucks County Bar Association, Ingbritsen served on a panel of workers’ compensation judges and attorneys to address the mandatory mediation process. She frequently presents CLE and other seminars on workers’ compensation.

Ingbritsen earned her law degree from Temple University Beasley School of Law and a bachelor’s degree from Juniata College.
