Details: Willig, Williams & Davidson partner Amy Rosenberger will serve as a panelist on the “Hot Topics in Labor and Employment Law & Related Areas” at the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s Labor & Employment Law Section Retreat. The panel will focus on updates to a wide variety of employment law-related fields, including immigration, employment discrimination, and labor/management law.

With more than 20 years of experience as a labor practitioner, Rosenberger represents labor unions and individual employees before state and federal courts and in arbitrations, negotiations and administrative proceedings. She also counsels and trains employees and union representatives with respect to employment disputes and their rights under the law.
