Willig, Williams & Davidson Attorney Discusses Cultural Awareness in Custody Representation

Domestic relations and family law attorney Aneesah El-Amin-Jaamia recently participated in a virtual discussion entitled “Cultural Awareness in Custody Representation,” presented by the Family Law Section of the Philadelphia Bar Association.

The panel featured family law attorneys of different cultural backgrounds discussing their clients’ issues and needs in custody matters. They offered guidance regarding negotiating custody orders that may be unique to culturally diverse clients.

As a partner with the legal services practice group at Willig, Williams & Davidson, El-Amin-Jaamia focuses on guiding clients through divorce, support, custody, equitable distribution of property, adoption and domestic violence matters.
