Willig, Williams & Davidson labor attorney Amy Rosenberger spoke to the editorial team and a panel of her peers at The Legal Intelligencer about the hiring and retention of female attorneys at the publication’s Women in Law Roundtable Discussion.

Rosenberger discussed career advancement and a path to partnership for women, the importance of mentorship, work-life balance, and gender-pay equality in law firms. She also emphasized the importance of a healthy law firm culture: “I mean one thing I love about our office, […] this is just the culture of the firm, is that when someone has something serious, a spouse is ill, a parent is declining, or whatever the issue may be, we pull for each other.”
