Willig, Williams & Davidson Partner to Discuss Legal Updates for Collective Bargaining in Higher Education

Details: Labor attorney and firm partner Amy L. Rosenberger will participate in a panel discussion at the 50th Annual Conference of the National Center for the Study of Collective Bargaining in Higher Education and the Professions. The discussion will focus on important legal developments for those working in higher education.

The panel will be moderated by Brian Selchick of Cullen and Dykman LLP. Rosenberger will be joined by Monica C. Barrett of Bond, Schoeneck & King PLLC, Henry Morris, Jr. of ArentFox Schiff LLP, and Aaron Nisenson of AAUP.

The National Center is a labor-management research center housed in and supported by Hunter College, City University of New York. It is dedicated to studying the use of collective bargaining as a form of workplace democracy and as a means to advance higher education and the working conditions at colleges and universities.
