Details: Labor attorney and firm partner Amy L. Rosenberger will participate in a panel discussion at the 51st Annual Conference of the National Center for the Study of Collective Bargaining in Higher Education and the Professions. The discussion will focus on important legal developments for those working in higher education.

The panel will be moderated by Jessica Alvarez, Acting General Counsel of Hunter College, City University of New York. Rosenberger will be joined by Aaron Nisenson, Senior Legal Counsel of American Association of University Professors, Henry Morris, Jr. of ArentFox Schiff LLP, and Brian Selchick of Cullen and Dykman LLP.

The National Center is a labor-management research center housed in and supported by Hunter College. It is dedicated to studying the use of collective bargaining as a form of workplace democracy and as a means to advance higher education and the working conditions at colleges and universities.
