Willig, Williams & Davidson recognizes that the rights that our union clients and their members enjoy are often the result of hard-fought legislative battles. We know that the rules governing the working lives of our clients are written in Washington D.C., state legislatures and local city halls, and that those rules are subject to change every day. That is why our attorneys work closely with our union clients to help ielect qualified and capable candidates, and to encourage elected officials to enact laws that protect the interests of working families.

Willig, Williams & Davidson helps our union clients draft and analyze legislative and regulatory proposals. We also draft and defend state and local ordinances that advance the cause of working families on issues such as safer working conditions, protecting pensions and retirement benefits, improving collective bargaining rights, and securing a living wage.

Willig, Williams & Davidson lawyers also provide legal advice and representation to unions and other organizations regarding the operation of political action committees. We provide guidance to such committees so they can navigate the maze of federal, state and local campaign finance laws. Our attorneys work with our clients to resolve the issues that arise in the course of election campaigns.
