Details: Willig, Williams & Davidson partner Michael G. Dryden presented as part of the Pennsylvania Bar Institute’s CLE program, “Tough Problems in Workers’ Compensation 2017.”

PBI offers the program to explore how lawyers across the state of Pennsylvania are handling workers’ compensation matters, as well as offering judges’ opinions on the matters. Dryden provided updates in case law regarding firefighter cancer claims.
