At Willig, Williams & Davidson, we understand that negotiating strong and effective collective bargaining agreements is essential for the continued vitality of the labor movement, and the continued existence of our union clients within that movement. That is why our labor law attorneys bring strategic focus to contract negotiations – we know that our clients’ success will be measured by the contracts that they negotiate for their members.

Willig, Williams & Davidson’s team of labor lawyers is comprised of tough and experienced negotiators with an established record of success. We know how to use our legal expertise to secure fair contracts for our union clients. Our labor attorneys can assist in virtually every phase of contract negotiations, including contract analysis, drafting proposals, strategic planning, political action, public relations, and protection of our clients’ interests in the event of a work stoppage. We can serve as chief negotiator or as a background member of the team. But whatever our role, Willig, Williams & Davidson understands the importance of negotiating strong collective bargaining agreements and we have earned our reputation by helping our union clients achieve that goal for their members.
